Returns & Refunds
The window
You may return your order within [14] days of delivery for a refund or size exchange. No forms, no argument — email us and we'll handle it.
The condition
Socks are worn against skin, so hygiene sets the rule: returns are accepted on unworn pairs in their original kraft band. Try them on clean, dry feet the way you would in a fitting room. Worn or washed pairs can't be restocked.
How to start a return
- Email hello@wearstroma.com [confirm address] with your order number.
- We reply within [2] business days with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing — then it's on us, in full.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of the return arriving. We'll confirm by email at each step.
Size exchanges
Wrong size? We exchange unworn pairs for a different size free of charge [confirm]. The sizing tables on each product page list foot length in centimetres — measure once, and the exchange is rarely needed.
Faulty items
If a pair arrives faulty, we replace or refund it, including all shipping. Natural variation in the undyed cotton — slight differences in tone between batches — is the fibre, not a flaw, and isn't treated as a fault. Anything structural is.
