Who we are

Prices
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and [include / exclude — confirm with your accountant] VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and in the shipping policy. We may change prices at any time; the price at the moment you order is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch it, at which point the contract of sale is formed. We may decline or refund an order before dispatch — for example where a listing contained an obvious error, stock ran out, or we can't deliver to the address given. If we do, you're refunded in full, promptly.
The product
The composition of every product is published in full on its product page and hangtag, and those disclosures form part of the product description. Undyed cotton varies slightly in tone between batches; that variation is inherent to the material and not a defect.
Returns and faults
Returns are governed by the returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
